Un lunes por la maniana

This is a humorous well known Romansa about an adulterous who hides her lover from her husband in the pepper, the sneezing lover, claimed to be a cat by the unfaithful wife, is discovered.

Un lunes por la mañana   y un lunes por la mañana
tomí arkol y mi flecha    en mi mano la derecha,
     también de la madrugá.
El marido por la puerta,   el namorado por la ventana,
por le medio del kamino   la lanza olvidara en kasa,
     también de la madrugá.
-Ah, mujer, la mi mujer,  ¿a kén das tanta palabra?
-Al mociko del panadero,   levadura me demanda,  
     también de la madrugá.
Ella ke lo vido venir,    lo eskondió arientro la kaja,
la kaja era de pimienta,   el namorado estarnudaba,
     también de la madrugá.
-Ah, mujer, la mi mujer,  ¿kén starnuda en esa kaja?
- El gato de la vicina,   ke los malos años haga,
     también de la madrugá.
-Vicinas, las mis vicinas,   las de abajo y las de ariba,
vení, verés gato kon barba,   mostachikos aretorcidos,
     también de la madrugá.
El ke tiene mujer hermosa,   ke la mire de guardarla,
ke viene el gato y se la lleva,   y él se keda sin ella,
     también de la madrugá.

Translation:
On a Monday morning and on a Monday morning
I took a knife and my arrow in my right hand,
     also in the early morning.
The husband at the door, the lover at the window,
