Buenas noches, Hanum Dudun (Ventanas Altas)

Buenas noches, Hanum Dudun (Ventanas Altas)

Lyrics

Buenas noches, hanum Dudún,
repuesta ni palabra,
si es por el haré, Dudun,
mañana de mañana.
 Tirilaila hop, tirilaila hopa,
 tirilaila hop, tirilaila hopa.

Este anillo que tu llevas,
el diamante es mío,
el gavergi que te lo dio
es primo hermano mío.
 Tirilaila hop, tirilaila hopa...

El fostan que yo te cortí
de jare corelado,
que no te vistas tú, hanum,
cuando venís del baño.
 Tirilaila hop, tirilaila hopa...

Translation

Good night, lady Dudún,
no answer, not a word,
if it’s because of anger, Dudún,
tomorrow morning it will pass.
Tirilaila hop, tirilaila hopa,
tirilaila hop, tirilaila hopa.
That ring you wear,
the diamond is mine,
and the jeweler who gave it to you
is my first cousin.
Tirilaila hop, tirilaila hopa... The skirt that I cut for you,
of red silk,
don't wear it, lady,
when you come from the bath.
Tirilaila hop, tirilaila hopa...
